Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf uses the adventures of a young boy, a cat, a duck, a wolf, and more to introduce children to the instruments of the orchestra. The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra welcomes back Really Inventive Stuff to add their imaginative storytelling to this concert experience. The program will be rounded out by a world premiere from composer Andrew Maxfield called How to Escape from the Zoo — a delightful “Scheme and Variations” that includes narration.
Join us for an hour of pre-concert activities including a Bradley Symphony Center Scavenger Hunt, an Instrument Petting Zoo, Composer Station, and more!
AWE’s art activity before the show is free to participate in. More information and tickets for the performance can be found via Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s website.
